This weekend in L.A. marks the return of Electric Daisy Carnival to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum! Tens of thousands of colorful-costumed party people embarked on a music mission to dance and love the day and night away. To our delight, Shutter Shades made a great party accessory.
Check out more photos from day 1 of EDC here at Party With Panda. Shout out to photographer extraordinaire Clayton.
Day 2 coming tomorrow!
Shout out to these two guys, dubbed by TMZ the “Twinkie Twinsies,” who won TMZ’s Bad Ass Prom Picture Contest last week. Not to take anything away from their coolness, but of course we all know why they won – their Shutter Shades!

In the November issue of Paste Magazine, journalist Kate Kiefer profiled the evolution of the Hipster over the past decade (2000-2009) and how the Hipster’s fashion has changed with the times. The above photo is a characterization of the 2008 Hipster: “He thoughtfully hangs shutter shades in the deep-V of his white tee, and he’s often seen walking his fixed-gear bike around town while texting with his iPhone.” We at Shutter Shades find this hilarious, but oh so true. Click here to see the full evolution of the Hipster.
This sale lasts all day Monday, November 30, 2009.
